    Was trying to load the GIF file and forum made me do CRAZY stuff to make it fit and now it's all JUMPY! Blames pottery people!:rolleyes:

    LOL! If they were all that findable, one little old broken one wouldn't cost 2.45M. The image on the vase is odd to me. When I read up on this style (featuring foreigners), it became much clearer but I still don't like the image. Even so, if I saw this somewhere "out there", I wouldn't look twice because I don't really like it and it would never occur to me that it was Chinese (not with those faces).

    Ugly like hell as far as I'm concerned (and I wouldn't have bought it for $10 if I'd seen it somewhere,) but there's a buyer for everything, and I wouldn't have recognized its value.

    It looks like the paint fled to the inside of the cupboard. Is that blue I see? :angelic::angelic:

    Yes, it's blue but, it's not original. You can see the original paint on the interior in worn spots, a cream color.

    The more I look at that two mil plus vase, the uglier it gets. Then again for 2 million plus I'd give it house room ... until I could get it to auction anyway!
