A little help with identifying this please

    Hi Antiquers

    Oriental decorative brass(?) plate. Markings on rear. Not a clue what it is. Anyone prompt me in the right direction please? And any value in it?

    Also, brasso metal polish isnt exactly doing a good job of removing the grubbiness on it. Recommendations for cleaning it up to a shine?
