Just one caveat, for others who may use the FamilySearch trees.... They are publicly editable by anyone who has a login for FamilySearch. This can be an issue, I've heard, as anybody can change what has been put there by another person. Also, just as with Ancestry's site, there are some trees with no sources attached. In Leslie's case, it's apparent that lots of documentation was attached, and she also has other sources to back up what was in FamilySearch. Congratulations! I also had a good experience with FamilySearch trees. I have a great-grandmother who was born in Luxembourg, and the family moved to the US in the 1860s when she was a toddler. I went to Salt Lake City to do some research. It just so happened that there is a tree in the FamilySearch site for my line, and lots of sources were attached! I found even more documentation, and attached it. I could have done this all at home, but spent probably about 20 hours in 5 days at their library. Never would have spent such concentrated time at home on that. Since then I have looked at other trees on FamilySearch. No breakthroughs were found. But I have attached documentation to trees that didn't have any.[/QUOTE]
