A pair of brass candlesticks. Can you identify the makers mark ?

Here's a pair of brass candlesticks. Baroque form, but probably only one hundred years old ? 24 cm high. Marked on the bottoms with 2 mm high letters: PH. Can you identify the maker ?

I can't take a good photo of 2 mm high dark letters on a dark background.

For example this one is Parker-Hale, Birmingham. Brass foundry founded in 1880s, became Parker-Hale in 1936, and subsequently P-H Arms Co. in 1940.

 

Thanks for the Parker-Hale suggestion. On my candlesticks the hyphen is missing. Only PH, as written here. Don't know if that has some importance. But maybe the form of the candlesticks can give some other clue ?

 

Try rubbing flour or talcum powder in the letters, and wipe it off the surrounding area, making sure the letters stay white. The letters are very small, but see if it works anyway.
