Charity Shop purchase. All the stones were present and although not really my style I thought ok I’ll buy it. What do you think date wise, 80s? 18 inches to end of dangle.

Thanks. I’m in a muddle with my crustaceans, I thought the long ones were lobster clasps and rounder ones crabs?

 

They're all lobster claws. Some can be older than the 90s, but this one is 90s or later. It'll sure dress up a black t-shirt though.

 

Thanks for the clasp info. Here in U.K. I usually find more of the elongated lobster clasps are silver whereas the rounder one as shown above hardly ever are.

Happen to have a similar one but with a different clasp (it is missing a stone), as shown below. I have always assumed they are Czech although cannot date mine. Is this type of clasp earlier or later than 1980s?

 

That’s earlier, fifties or sixties. I do like those dangle bibs.
