Abstract art help needed.

Hi everyone have searched high and low on google for this artist and cannot find a thing. Any help or opinions would be much appreciated.

Not sure I'd call that abstract art. It's clearly two pieces of fruit on a table. A close-up of the artist's signature would be helpful but, given small edition, likely it's a student's work.

I think abstract would be the correct term, given the hundreds of examples provided in this link, which look a lot more CLEARLY like pieces of fruit on a table. I did not pick that up, personally. Good eye.

Personally, on blowing it up, I DO see a lot of writing across the bottom part of the colored part of the art piece.....mostly blended it so was very hard to try and make it stand out.....89 shows as two numbers on the VERY RIGHT..... along with other writing to the left of it....and to the FAR left I see either an S or a G with two other letters, but faint writing all across the bottom....the OP would have the best chance of reading it......with the size and resolution we were given.
