    All it needed was some low lights to contrast a bit
    For what it is and for what its for ;) i think will do ;)
    back is as bad as it ever was
    apologies if i've come across as a bit of a jerk during this, it was just fun mixing everything together with a thread (and first attempt at doing something like this)

    never shall i try to reproduce an antique turquoise burmantofts glaze;), but this i have really enjoyed, and easy enough to anyone

    :happy:

    original painting/frame cost £8, milliput £3, half a tin of gold paint (£2)

    even the flowers can feel the loss :(:(:(:(

    You only show a small bit, but my guess would be a Baluchistan (Balochi) rug.

    interesting thanks Aj, it not mine anymore, i gave it away:mad: (sisters house)
    will try and get a few better snaps later

    i bought because it had a nice quality (thick plush) but remember it not being very old (hence the giveaway;))
