But... just one last comment on my part... you sold it without knowing what it (really) was. It's very possible you left a lot of money on the table in your haste. Everyone has his/her own sales strategy but (and I say this as a nothing more than a well-intentioned bystander,) yours makes me exceedingly nervous. Wishing you the best of luck --

At least you made a very nice profit and paid the mortgage. That's the way it goes sometimes.
