    Indeed Komo, Kris are unbelievably beautiful, as are many Indian and eastern, and middle eastern weapons. Just unfortunately, none of the type that I collect fall into that category.:(

    Not to my taste, but you can only admire and be in awe of the beauty and fabulous workmanship of items like this. A £100 sword given by Lloyds to the Captain of HMS Swiftsure for his action at the Battle of Trafalgar on 21st October 1805. It was sold for £200.000!

    Oh, heavens, no. You fit right in with the rest of us obsessive collectors. I can get excited over the tiniest detail while my husband yawns.

    Thanks Bev, it is good to know I m not the only one who gets excited over seemingly insignificant small details. I was doubting my sanity.... not regretiing the loss of it, but seriously doubting it!:D
