    I've only observed from pictures, but looks more copal-esque in shade than amber to me, but that's the extent of my input- Hopefully someone who knows more will weigh in!!
    Really what I'm thinking is that it looks just like a maple syrup candy and that I just want to eat it :p:D

    Very recent, looks like reconstituted and then moulded amber.

    My guess is Mexican amber.
    Being European I am more familiar with Baltic amber, so I'll leave this one to the members on the other side of the pond.:)
