Featured American coin silver? Can’t find maker

    On first glance I’d assume these were American coin silver. Can’t find CC Flanders online and my book is packed away. Anyone know this silversmith or think maybe I’m barking up wrong tree? They aren’t mine and they aren’t my photos. Just annoyed me that I could not find the smith when I tried to.     What the heck! How did I not know about this site!? Strange that google couldn’t find a mention of CC Flanders. Thank you!
