@TraceyB - Not finding your niche isn't a problem! Yes, enjoy it all. There is no time frame for deciding that you must depart with some items! When Mum passed and we had a house full of Mum and Dads', and two other generations of stuff handed down to them... well, it was a LOT to sort through. We were fortunate; as we had places to store boxes and furniture - until we could make decisions. There was only my sis and myself and we fortunately got on well re: making decisions! The final decisions about the jewelry was saved until the end because we knew it was the "carrot" for finishing the task. It was! Fortunately, like most everything else we have different tastes...she had two sons, I two daughters... but, it took us 9 years to sort out everything else before we got to the jewelry. Well worth the wait! Just enjoy your sorting and learning about each piece.
