Nice, charlie. Could be inspired by 17th century Dutch paintings, or even a copy of another painting.
    I always love bellarmine jugs.

It’s a copy of a painting by Georg Flegel, hope I’ve spelled that correctly. As I see AJ has already suggested.

I thought I’d seen it before and plugged in, fish, bottle, bread, beetle still life and bingo!

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

Dunno if it helps you at all, but.............lightened, and inversed......to ME....it sort of looks like "M Ruch" or some such.....

lovely. with a Schnaps jug probably from Cologne still fabricated into the 20th c. in Frechen and used by Auer und Söhne a.o.. a little snack with smoked herring, spring onions and real bread.

Cool, thanks aquitaine, so much clearer

The web seems chock a blocked with modern repros of the original artists works, hard to gauge how old mine is

It's missing parts like the spring onion under the knife, so not identical like the really modern ones
