    Belle Epoque era for sure - I call it Titanic jewelry, although that's not a proper term. The pearls are natural and the center stone looks like a natural sapphire. It was the hot design style circa 1905-1915-ish

    Agree with the 1905-1915ish date. Very nice, elegant pendant.
