Still digging through boxes and I came across this lovely MCM jar, vessel, vase. The glaze reminds me a bit of some West German fat lava pieces I sold years ago. There is only raised numbers on the base 7006/70. Approx. height 4 in., diameter 6.75 in.
    Thank you for looking! IMG_9972.jpg IMG_9973.jpg IMG_9974.jpg IMG_9975.jpg

It’s a cruet. Red wing pottery made it. Rumrill was the artist

The markings are similar to Ü-Keramik and IIKra. I have emailed Gin-For's to ask for their opinion. If I hear back, I will update. Thanks everyone!

I do love the color! I've quite a fondness for orange mid century pottery.

Hm. The reason I ask is that the way we wrote pre decimal prices in the U.K., was just like that. It would have meant fourteen shillings. So I wonder if it came via the U.K.

So I just heard back from the website. I felt like it was either Ü-Keramik or IIKra. I had the numbers wrong. It is Ü-Keramik, shape 1006.

Second number is usually the size.

That would make sense especially if the size is cm, 10 cm is about 4".
