I found this set of demitasse spoons and the sugar thongs. I cannot find the company that is on the spoons or on the case. Also on the spoon there is an anchor, lion, and an E and F. Any help would be great.

These were made in the USA by Gorham and imported into the UK (the F is the import mark). Assayed in Birmingham in 1904 (date letter e) with Gorham as the sponsor.

And BTW, they're "tongs" not "thongs. " ;)

The name on the case is the retailer.

What would the value be of this set even though there is one spoon missing?

Images are fuzzy, but looks like Gorham's multi-motif 'Poppy' pattern, introduced in 1902 - knowing the pattern is useful in determining value...
