Will post pictures of the whole piece shortly.

You're going to remove the paint, right?

Of course, that’s why I bought it. It’s fun.

Early 20th century?
It had some enamel loss but I’ve seen worse. Definitely better than the gray paint.

Much nicer than the paint! Not sure whether early or late, but 20th C for sure.

Wow! How did you do that? Did you have to wipe it, or soak it?

    Great job, kard.:)
The person who spray-painted it didn't even do a good job. They could have sold this vase and bought a couple of nice looking grey vases instead.
Second half of the 20th century.
Is it enameled over plaster, or does it just look that way?

Enamelled over bronze or copper. This is left over from the paint in the chipped areas.

Oh, good. Or not, but better than plaster. Knowing you, you will clean up of those areas as well.:)
