    Welcome May.

It looks Spanish to my European eyes. Maybe Spanish colonial, depending on where you are.

Could you show us the inside please? Also a full view, including the top?
Also, the detail photos of the door and inside, whereabouts are they on the door and inside?
    Where is Larchmont?

Seems there are also Larchmonts in LA and Houston, probably elsewhere too. We have a Helmond, but not a Larchmont.:D

Definitely an import of some kind and probably not truly antique. I am thinking the possibility of India, though Spanish, Mexican, S.E. Asian, and even North Africa could be possibilities.

I don't think that's Spanish or Spanish Colonial. If it were, I'd expect a uniform carved design motif on the doors (and a more finished construction.)

This looks like a modern piece trying to look antique.

In our vocabulary, anything younger than 1950s is modern. FWIW, I believe this is likely no older than the 70s and probably a decade or two newer.

Does look like those newer import furniture, with simple decorative carving detail and different shades and layers of woodstain used to make it look old. Photos of the inside and hinges will tell more.
