Antique Berlin Scene Reticulated Bowl Need maker help?

I bought this porcelain bowl at a thrift store and cannot figure out the maker. Also not sure if it is a decal or hand painted. It measures 8 1/2" by 6 3/4". Any help would be appreciated.

 

I'd say it's a hand embellished printed transfer.

Does anyone recognize this bowl or the raised mark on the bottom of it?

 

I found some others with a really similar if not the same raised mark, and they have another mark too: "Schumann Dresden" :

Hi Poppies and thank you. It is really close to the same raised mark, but the one on my bowl is straight on both ends, it doesn't curve out a little in the middle. Would that mean it is a different maker or a newer or older mark?

 

It's not actually a mark.

 

My understanding is that is an additional piece of clay that reinforces the base to prevent sagging, etc.
