I think it’s a German blue onion pattern pap/invalid feeder and although not marked with the crossed swords could be Meissen just marked with the decorators mark. Look that up, it is a possibility.

Maybe we can get some kind of lactose free milk, but animal proteins are a nono for me as well. I have to watch out with other kinds of protein as well.

A friend of mine, he's Chinese or his parents were, has the same problem. It seems to go with the Asian turf, as it were.

You're right, it does. And it is aggrevated by my porphyria, which is almost rampant in a small part of the Netherlands. Of course one of my Dutch ancestors had to be from that part of the country. A magnificent lady, by all accounts, but she could have kept some of her genetic material with her.:(

I know about interlocking medical problems; I have some of my own. It makes for a goshawful mess sometimes.

It does, and it makes it difficult to figure out what to do when a new symptom rears its ugly head. Is it one, is it the other, which course do I follow now, etc.

There are times I never do figure it out. Sometimes things heterodyne and it's an ugly stew of two or more problems ganging up.
