I don&#039;t see a flared rim only a highlighted one<img src="styles/default/xenforo/clear.png" class="mceSmilieSprite mceSmilie84" alt=":smuggrin:" unselectable="on" unselectable="on" />. </p><p><br /></p><p>Anyway what I was attempting to say is that the date of the bowl in the painting doesn&#039;t date the plate. Here are some of my bowls (that the lighting can make look quite flared) which are old along with the oil painting of old ceramics.
