Antique dagger, looks French

    Hi everyone, this has been in my family for a very long time. Has anybody any idea as to provenance? It looks French to me? Thank you for an IMG_2230 SMALLER.jpg y input

    24 cm long in scabbard. Not a single mark anywhere. Wonder if the crowned head gives a clue?
