Still can't get enough of manganese (and still didn't find uranium glass... )

Well, actually there were 8, but one of the coasters was damaged and was binned

 

the coasters look unique !

 

Actually, I had seen 2 identical coasters earlier that day at another store. As there were only 2, I didn't buy them there ... and now I regret it, as they would have completed the set to 6

 

Turns out the 'green, green glass of home' collection is even bigger than I thought...

The hotel glass dates to the 50s/60s. The hotel went bankrupt in 1968. In the 70s the building housed a discotheque, and now it's once again a hotel/restaurant: www.thestamp.nl/

Rei Quental is a port/sherry brand (that I didn't know).
Google only gives 5 results for this brand, but 2 are of an ad for for this brand (1965 and 1967 Dutch newspaper), with an image of a bottle of port, and next to it ...

The handle seems to be broken, as I think it should have a loop like this one

but I actually prefer it as it is.
I'm not really fond of the shape, but I had to have it because it looks like this under 395nm light
