This was a neighbors, they were saving it with some notations --apparently it was in a socket on a porch in a house their grandfather moved into in 1915. For some reason they saved it all this time. As I look at different ones online, it seems this has a slightly different base when you look down into it. If anyone knows lightbulbs, please comment. Thanks!

Standard Edison base. Not too terribly desirable to collectors. Filament appears good. Would probably still fetch ten bucks. Look closely at the brass for signs of old black print. Perhaps some print on the inner glass.

    Thanks, Terry.

Not a thing written. A bit of paint on the exterior from when the porch got painted.

When I looked at others they seemed to have a solid end, not open. I almost wondered if this was broken or something, but sounds like a standard end.

    I appreciate the help.

That had more blue glass insulation there which has chipped out.

    I like it much! :)
I've been to TE's place in Orange, NJ a few times on visits and to Edison, NJ. The museum in Edison should be open again with the tower restored.
Has anyone been to the museum in Edison recently???
