Antique painted glass plate

This plate is 7” diameter and a milky light green with black decoration of a hunting scene. When held to the light, you can see light through it with tiny bubbles. It reminds me of some clambroth pieces I’ve seen but green. It is from an estate with many primitive pieces. Any help is appreciated.

Sort of looks like transferware, but not completely.

 

It’s hand painted definitely and the art isn’t great but decent.
