Antique Vase Maybe Serves Need Help To ID

    I have this beautiful vase with hand painted Victorian children on front.There's a mark but it's embossed in the porcelain and I can't really make it out.It appeared at one time someone repaured it very well or at least it look like a excellent repair cut I don't think they had it repainted.Vase measure 17.5"x5" wide at top.Any idea who made this vase?     The children are wearing Rococo costume, not Victorian.
