Yes, she is a Devadasi or Hindu temple dancer.

I'm not sure she is antique (100 yrs old), could we see the back?

I don't think seeing the back will help, there are so many fakes coming out of India ATM, the only way it would help dating it is if it's new. These days I only go on skill of carving, that is something they can't be easily reproduce.

I suspect it is a fairly recent piece.
This one is not top quality, but corbels like this have always been made in a range of qualities, depending on the origin.

Here is the back. You are correct, it may not be Antique (100 years), but I have bought many things from this estate, and most were collected in 1940's-1950's. He mainly collected art, but I got this recently since the Estate caregiver is in the process of moving. All items have been top notch and most purchased in New York (where he lived primarily), Spain, and Europe. I know I have some pieces from 1920's from him as well. The caregiver said that she though it was from India.

Difficult to say, but she could have been made in Rajasthan, first half of the 20th century.
