Any FUR COAT Experts out there?

    Hi!!! Hope that all seeing this is having a great holiday season. A blessed New Years to you all! Any idea what animal this fur coat is? Thanks for any help!

    Same here. My grandmother had one. I'm really only expert in cat fur, as in brushing it and cleaning it off furniture. (and cleaning up hairballs)

    Hi,
    I had a full length Coyote back in the 1970s but mine was lighter. I only wore it two or three times. It was gorgeous and warm but too prissy for me. It was a present from the Dupont girl I was dating. I thought it was more for Joe Namath than for me.:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

    Could be Tanuki (Japanese Racoon) it’s a finer fur than our domestic buddies in the US.
