Hey thanks a lot. Any idea of its period. modern or late nineties or mid 90s?

It's awfully small, and enlarging it just blurs the mark.
Maybe a larger, clearer photo of just the mark would help(?)

With a magnifying glass I see M plus small 3 over 3 (one atop the other) plus 088 .. Joy.

Does pic #3 even relate to the first 2? I can't imagine how.

A side view should clarify how the last picture relates - I imagine it shows to the edge of the curve.

I think this is old - probably 1870s or so. Japonisme. I think that because the lettering looks entirely European. The mark below the numbers may be a maker's mark but it is more likely the cypher of whoever did the decorating.

I'm afraid the damage pretty much kills any value.

I'm not sure what I'm seeing. Is that an enamel bowl over metal? I see a metal rim and it almost looks like the bottom has a metal ring. The photos don't enlarge when I click on them so I can't see the details very well.

Waiting for OP to come back, but I'd guess its a ceramic bowl with applied metal rim (capping the edge) and what looks like a band of metal encircling the foot.

Would that make it older? I went for new glasses and was told I have cataracts starting so it's just going to be that long, slow, slide into elderlyness. :(
