    Never really found out if Wellington Hall was the maker or if it was property of Wellington Hall and they applied their mark. If I recall I found some porcelain items claiming to be made by Wellington Hall in Italy. Mine doesn’t have the additional mark of the angel with the knife/sword and scale. Maybe researching that mark would turn up additional clues?
