Featured Any Tea Set Ideas

    Does anyone recognize the identification mark on this tea set? I know it's over 50 years old. It was my mom's and I have looked everywhere. The color is a glimmering irridescent white trimmed in gold with a gold leafy flower on the side. It looks like an
    M C on the bottom.
    Any ideas?

    Appears to be Japanese post WWII.
    Basing the date on the thickness of the porcelain and the style of the cup.

    MC may not be the manufacturer, but rather the importer or exporter.
