Anyone know what this brass pot/container is? I'm stumped.

I have two of these. The container is about 5" tall and has some lettering which looks Russian or something, along with a stamp of a horse's head. Anyone know what these are, and if they are worth anything?

The writing is Russian. Looks like something meant for heating a liquid over a fire & then pouring it out. Maybe something alcoholic?

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

The lettering is way too small for my eyes to see. I'll go along and say that it looks like a Cyrillic font, but can't tell whether it's Russian or not. And, is that a horse's head as part of the design?
