Anyone recognize what this is? Tourist trap stuff?

    I have had this sitting around because I have yet been able to find anything like it I have two other examples somewhere in frogs and I don't remember the last set of animals

    What the heck? Maybe just a hobbyist piece? I keep thinking they are possibly souvenirs but WTHDIK

    My guess would be homemade... if it was a tourist piece I feel the paint would be a little better and not all over the ankles
