Featured Anything special? Antique Iridescent glass vase?

    I know nothing about glass whatsoever but I still bought this for 2 bucks. I liked the look of it. It does to my eye look somewhat amateur and not super fancy... Does anyone know anything about it? No maker marks anywhere

    A no-brainer at $2.00. Likely European in origin but I can not definitively place it.

    Just wondering though, is that red smudge in the glass or on the glass?
