[QUOTE="Bakersgma, post: 184789, member: 59"]I have a few pieces of cut glass that were my mother's, her mother's and possibly the next mother back (my great grandmother.) I have tried off and on to see if I could find any marks, but have only found 1 "maybe" mark, shown in the attached picture (which I know is not the greatest, but it's the best I could do.) The mark in on a low dish, 7 inches in diameter and about 1.5 inches tall, with no handle. Without a handle does this qualify to be called a nappy?

The "mark" is located on one of the larger cut and polished surfaces on the outside, near the point at which the dish rests on the table.
