Are These Glasses Antique?

    I have found what I think is an exact match online so soon I'll have a set of 6. Very happy. I really do like these.

    Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

    Here in Iowa it is called the parkway, too. I like the idea of having it more organized, since then people would know which days to look and find more. But as mentioned, people here just put things out whenever.

    Here it's called the "parking strip." There's no organized time for putting out "free stuff." Just shows up - with or without "Free" sign. City doesn't take it away either.

    I'm originally from northwest Indiana, near Chicago. There I heard it called just "the parking" sometimes. Probably short for "parking strip." In Iowa I've heard "parkway" generally.
