Art Deco silver handled tray w/smallest mark!

    The handles are either rosewood or macassar ebony. The mark is very tiny and I really struggled to get a photo of it. Don't know if my photos depict it good enough. I thought it said NELO then possible THEO. No clue! Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

    Would guess French, or perhaps Belgian, silverplate - maybe you could try again for a bit sharper image of the mark?
