Art Glass Cornucopia Identification?

    Can anyone identify the country of origin or maker of this art glass vase? It is 7 1/2" High. Its base is a square, clear glass foot. I've never seen one like it before. It is cased glass with bright interior colors. I bought it at an auction 2 years ago. Thank you in advance for your help.
