Art glass purple optic candle holders? Anyone recognize these?

    These were only 47 cents so I wasn't taking too much of a risk. :D:D

    They are 4 1/4" tall. The bottom rims aren't really finished so I don't think they are really weird tumblers.

    Also how would you describe the design on them?
