Arts and Crafts letter opener, maker stamp?

    Hello all! I'm hoping you can help me identify the maker of this large letter opener (11.75"L). I think it's copper? The stamps are hard to decipher. There are faded words on a top line and then the more obvious two words offset below. Bought in Canada.I've shared on a British Arts and Crafts Facebook page too but no luck so far. Not sure what country of origin would be. Thanks as always!
