Featured Arvidsson? painting

I just purchased this painting with the previous boat/bridge painting. I believe the signature is Arvidsson and it has skanegard written on the back. I would appreciate any information about the artist and/or location. Thank you!

Sweden has it's share of half timbered buildings. This is a farmhouse in a county called Skäne:

Skånegård seems to be an old type of farmhouse in the southern Swedish province of Scania.

I like the painting. It is a painting style we also have where I live.

Could be. It is a slightly different style, but artists often change styles.
I can only find Kristoffer Arvidsson paintings where he signs his name in full. And legible! He could have changed his siggy.
Bottom right corner:

 

May be Arne who was an architect. Although abstract, this work is very similar in what the artist was trying to accomplish. Signature small but could be a match.
