Background to this etched glass vase?

    Hi. Do you have any ideas about the style and / or age of this glass vase? I bought it from Ebay and it was described as hand blown.. do you think this is correct?     Nice vase, the design on your vase is cut and polished, not etched :)

    Thank you. Do you have any thoughts on a rough decade for this? Also, whether it is hand blown?

    As opposed to "Machine Blown"? Yes, it is it was hand blown.
