I'm no expert, but it looks like Barbie #4. I'm sure those who know dolls here will be able to tell you definitively what you have.

I am not utterly au fait with Barbie but I concur this is a 4 pony as far as I can tell...does it have Barbie R or Barbie TM on her butt( top right of ?) This makes a difference She's lovely. Not as rare or desirable as a number one but she'll still have some value for sure xx
