Beaver the Seal Lion soapstone

    All I know is he's almost certainly Pacific Coast Native American-carved, or made to look like same. @komokwa might know more about when/where.

    Thanks. Probably a bit northeast of PNW as it’s typically known but definitely Native American/First Nations! Hoping he, or a couple other of our specialists in this area might be able to nail it down.

    Your post actually caused me to think more about exactly what/where constituted Inuit territory. The answer is eye opening for me. The swath being so vast. Especially Nunavut vs. Nunavik and the others.
