Love the entire site, particularly the "period" collections. Is it to immodest to say that I actually appear in the background of a photo on that site?

You are right, that the mast on the building was for docking airships but they found the winds were too strong and they had not figured on how land the passengers without having them come down a rope ladder.

These are great! I've seen the night/airship one as a daytime version. Used to go up there with my Grandma when I was a tyke. So many times I cannot recall the count so I'm overdue.
