Better Pictures Of Sammy Davis Jr Painting,Also Blue Print Please Help

    I'm adding better pictures to really find out if this is really a painting or giclee,appear to be a painting.Also I came across a blueprint of Sammy Davis Jr home in The Bahamas,This is written,"View from approach,Sammy Davis Jr residence Freeport Bahamas,"Timothy Murgatroyd Associates,chartered architects".I tried googling but couldn't find anything,there's about 6-7 pages,measure 36"x24". any info on painting and blueprint,please.
