Big, Beautiful Painting Signed BONNET - Who is he + NY ArtExpo Poster by Treby?

I bought this painting along with a artexpo new york statue of liberty poster by Treby(?) yesterday for $100
Can anyone tell me which Bonnet the artist is of this painting? Is it a winner?

Who Treby is? (I actually found it when I googled it at the thrift store but looking this morning all I found was a Janet Treby; but nothing with her name & artexpo liberty poster)
