The GESCH part of the marks on the frame imply a German origin.

Post-WWII German is my guess, from the way it's made. The Southern half of the country is heavily Catholic, at least officially. It could be Austrian too, but smart money says Germany. The original stand or hanger broke off or was broken off and someone used velcro to hang it somewhere.

the imprinted GESCH. is short for GESCHÜTZT (protected) and was in use in Austria and the German speaking parts of the Habsburg Empire.

I'm with bercrystal. I also think it's St. Teresa of Avila.
