I think I got a better one this time. I found a similar one in your book but it didn't have 12 panels so I am bugging you again.

Measurements are 3-3/4" high, 2-3/4" across the rim and 2-3/8" across the bottom. The rim is ground, polished and painted gold, the bottom is not finished. The glass is much thinner than the polka dot tumblers I posted a couple of weeks ago.

Any help on and ID and/or age would be very much appreciated :)

Sorry, Marie, I can't add anything. I'd guess 1890-1910. If the bottom is flat ground it's probably European....if not, no bets.
