Blue and White Handpainted China (Japanese? Arabic?)

    I found this blue and white china plate at the store today. It has some unusual writing on the back. I don't think it's Chinese or Japanese. I think it might be Arabic. Any idea of the age?

    BarnOwl, can you get a clearer shot of that signature on the back? It's just blurry enough that I can't quite see it.

    They're Bactrian camels, so think it's reasonable to look to that part of the world.

    Could be cursive Chinese. Yes, there is such a thing. :happy:

    The mark is in Chinese you have it upside. It isa Japanese plate. I posted a plate with the same mark, but do not know the ID of the mark.
